It has been requested by many customers that a method be made available to restrict what a user is allowed to enter for a "Pause" Status on the Switchboard widget.
We have had many requests for the admin controlled widgits to allow limiting the "Conditions" to a custom dropdown list of options.
This would allow for management to better review the cause of user pauses in queues by filtering on known and approved reasons.
Currently the only way to acheive this is with customer integtrations using an IVR to select predefined menu options, however a user with the Switchboard widget is still able to enter their own text, and is not a solid solution.
Adding an adminstrator defined list for the switchboard panel would allow managers better control and consistency.
